American illustrator and artist Grace Aldrich was born in 2000 and currently lives and works in Kansas City. She specializes in creating realistic images depicting surreal scenes of otherworldly creatures, characters, and places. Whether nightmarish, angelic, or somewhere in between, her works visualize impossible places and bring imaginary worlds to life. Possessing a love for both classical literature and arts as well as any tales of horror and the strange unknown,
her work bridges the gap between traditional realism and the fantastical.
Her love of the bizarre and otherworldly has made her work at home in a variety of genres including publishing, editorial, fine art, and the music industry.
Previous clients include Vanity Fair, The Folio Society, and Cherrytree Music Co.
Her work has been recognized by the juries of 3x3 Magazine, The Society of Illustrators, The Society of Illustrators West, Beautiful Bizarre, Surreal Salon, Infected by Art, and American Illustration
