In 2020 English Heritage is exploring how England and the English have been shaped by geography, climate, language and the coming together of different people and cultures over time. English Heritage is collaborating with Alan Kitching on the design of the project. Alan is one of the world’s foremost practitioners of letterpress typographic design and printmaking, and you’ll find his vibrant artwork on English Heritage's range of Voices of England products, as well as in the Handbook and the Members’ Magazine. Watch English Heritage's film ‘Alan Kitching – Man of letters’.
